  • Make sure to have physical activity daily, as the body needs exercise and physical activity for at least 30 minutes. These exercises can also help you lose your mood and enhance your mental health.

Always make sure to do different activities that you enjoy and love to explore your interests, such as painting, gardening, sketching, playing an instrument, and more. These activities help enhance your mental health.
